Has worked with a Bearing multinational company for more than 20 years and has a wealth of experience of more than 40 years in all apsects related to Bearings, including selection, design, maintenance, mounting/dismounting, monitoring, lubrication, installation and commissioning, trouble shooting, etc. He has been extensively trained in world’s leading bearing manufacturing facilities and has a hands on experience in all these areas. Besides he has been independently designing Special Bearing Housings for various applications for more than 30 years and has been instrumental in developing number of import substitution products. Vendor development for castings and machining - required for Bearing Housings - alongwith implementing new ideas to improve the product quality has been his forte. The ability to quickly grasp the engineering side of a problem, makes his contribution invaluable in providing after-sales service to all our customers, which has been a guiding principle of Antimu's working philosophy.
An engineering & management professional with extensive marketing experience both in India and abroad. He has worked with a bearing multinational company in technical and project sales department for about 6 years and was in charge of a "special cell" started by the company to market indigenously made bearing housings. Subsequent exposure to a highly competitive marketing environment has added a richness and a new dimension to the Company's marketing strategies. He has also been trained abroad and has attended many international business conferences and has been a part of the core team involved in the "decision making". He has conducted many seminars at customers' premises for product presentation and promotion both in the public sector as well as in the private sector. Currently he is responsible for all Company's marketing activities, as well as identifying new imported product lines for marketing in India and establishing new business partners has been.
He is the line head for the company responsible for both the marketing and the sub contract manufacturing activities of the company. His responsibilities involve achieving the Company's sales and production goals at the same time ensuring and adhering to the criterion of quality control, timely deliveries, cost control, inventory management, and acceptable levels of accounts receivables. An engineering professional with experience in both manufacturing and marketing in India and abroad.This combination of experience in both the activities gives him a unique perspective to understand and appreciate the manufacturing concerns and translate the same for the marketing needs.
